Our protection plan covers the core structure of your home, major systems originally installed by the manufacturer (like plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling), and appliances included at the time of delivery. This means you’re protected against defects in materials, workmanship, or installation for these key components.

No, there’s no limit! You can request repairs as often as needed during the warranty period. We’ll reimburse you for both labor and materials for any covered repairs up to the actual cash value of your home. In the rare event an item is beyond repair due to a covered defect, we’ll even reimburse the replacement cost.

Yes, there is a small deductible for each repair or replacement of covered items caused by defects, unless the item is already under a separate manufacturer’s warranty. This deductible is usually around $100, but it may vary slightly. Please note that the deductible applies to each separate repair.

Yes, you can! We recognize that situations can change, and we want to ensure your home retains its value. The warranty is fully transferable to the new homeowner, who will receive the same extensive coverage for the remainder of the warranty period. This transfer can enhance your home’s appeal and resale value.
